I am a little bit embarrassed to admit that I, from time to time, shop in the kids department. The kids department usually has some variation of what’s in the adult section but made for tiny people. I have always wondered if I would be able to fit into J.Crew’s Crewcuts line. The clothing is so cute, and, much more affordable than the adult clothing.

For instance, I saw this skirt, and I knew that I would have to have it. The skirt is $32.50 and according to the size charts, I should be able to wear a 14. If the skirt fits, this may be the start of a beautiful but substantially cheaper relationship with J.Crew. It would be lovely to be able to go back and forth between children and adult sizing.
