Let Beyonce Be Fabulous

The thing is, certain posts go unnoticed and uncommented on, while others get all types of comments. And I do mean all types.I recently posted an article about how to get a whiter smile without enlisting the help of a dentist. Sounds good right? I thought so.

I added a picture of Beyonce to accompany the post, because, honestly I think she has a pretty smile. You would not believe all the comments that article got because of the picture!

At first, I was excited because typically my posts average, like, two comments. But then when I realized what they were saying and I was confused.Comments like:“SHE IS NOT EVEN PRETTY IF YOU ASK ME. HER NOSE IS CROOKED AND HER EYES ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER AND SHE CANNOT SING.”

“Her boyfeand jz cutier then she is and i wonnder what there baby gone look like. i bet baby gone bee ugglie like tham botf”I mean really? What is this about? Of course you can say that because I am the writer and picked the picture I am being sensitive about my ish, but I think there is a bigger issue.Why do you feel the need to tear someone else down? For what? Yes, Beyonce is everywhere. Yes, she tends to end somehow end up on the floor whenever she is performing. And yes, her music as of late is not really anything more than music to dance to in a club.Listen, she has an old husband that is looking to have a few kids soon. She needs to get while the getting is good. Who are we to knock her hustle as a fabulous black woman? It may not be my cup of tea, but rock on B!
