22 Jun Drinking the Khaki Kool-Aid
I have never really been a fan of khakis. I don’t own a pair. I think they are blah. I may not have mentioned this but I started working at Banana Republic part-time. Every time I step on the sales floor, I find myself being drawn to a pair of khakis. Perhaps it is the way the pants are marketed, in that hip chic way. Or maybe I have been drinking the kool-aid. LOL!
I caught myself dog-earing an article on khaki’s in the latest O magazine. That’s when I knew something was up. I only dog-ear the pages when I like the article or clothing featured in the article and would like to add them to my inspirational book. Between that article and working at Banana Republic, I’m thinking that it is time to invest in a pair of khakis.
