The Girls in the Beauty Department are reporting that yes, in fact this does seem to be the newest trend. Not just among the kids rocking the Silly Bandz either. Actual adults are apparently wearing hanging charms from their nails.

I’m going to go ahead and give this a nay. I am all for nail art but this doesn’t even look safe.

What say you?
