Dear Elle magazine,

Oh, Elle. I have loved you for years. I have always appreciated the way you gave me the fashion articles that I crave, as well as the articles of substance to make me think.

I love Joe Zee. I love Erin. Heck, I even love Olivia and the way that you portray your magazine on MTV’S The City.

You know what though Elle? I can’t behind the way that you did Gabourey Sidibe on your latest issue. I can’t. You know that you were wrong for putting that that Cabbage Patch weave on her head. She was one of four covers and those other girls all look really pretty. They have full body shots. Ms. Sidibe? She gets her face- that you lightened.

I’m very disappointed and the fact that you don’t see anything wrong with this cover bothers me.
