I’m sorry, that was lame. But no, seriously, I have decided to enter Refinery29’s Next Big Style Blogger contest.
I’ve known about this contest for a while now, and I kind of talked myself out of it. Like I really wanted to do it, but for some reason I was scared. And then I thought about it, and I was scared to start this blog too. But when I did, I think things worked out pretty well for me. So what’s the worse that could happen? I step outside of my comfort zone?

The judges are looking for the best and brightest in fashion, shopping, beauty, and lifestyle, and I think I would do an awesome job as a style blogger! If chosen the winner would receive a weeklong trip to New York City, a cash prize and the best part: a guest blogging gig at Refinery29.
