29 Mar OPI Black Shatter + OPI San Tan-Tino= ART
The first time I wore San Tan-Tonio, I was positive that it would look perfect under Black Shatter.
This was even further confirmed after I saw my friend in my head, Eclechick’smani with Bubble Bath topped with Black Shatter.
And then after seeing these shots in the April issue of Marie Claire, I was like, that’s it! Time for me to create my own look!
So I did!
Love, love, LOVE this!! I fell in love with the Shatter all over again!
