Specifically, J.Crew’s Crewcuts.

I was running around last minute trying to make sure I had everything I needed for Fashion Week. Of course, because when you have a specific idea of what you would like to look like you can’t find anything to help you properly execute the look.

I pop into the J.Crew Outlet. They never fail me, except for when they do like this instance. I usually breeze through the newly added kids department because sometimes I find a cute skirt in my size.

I do, FTW! I pair the olive Crewcuts bubble skirt with a little boy’s plaid shirt also from Crewcuts. Topped off with my trusty anorak, statement necklace, watch, skinny belt, and Coach gladiators– and I was good to go.

Not to shabby, right? Functional and cute.I traded those heels for flats and was ready to battle the crowds for Fashion’s Night Out with my date– my mom.
