Have you ever had those times when you thought your style was just too loud? Not even loud in terms of flashiness, but loud is just the overall style of the way that you are dressed?

Basically, you feel overdressed even when you aren’t trying to be? That was me this morning. I still haven’t done laundry (don’t judge me). But needed something to wear to church.

Yup, sequins and shorts. One of these days, I’m going to be thrown out for my shanagains. Just kidding– my church isn’t at all conservative in terms of what you wear but still.

One benefit of needing to do laundry, I discovered I love these Missoni for Target tights! Opaque with a fun texture that isn’t too distracting.

EDITED TO ADD: Thanks to last night’s episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, I now know that I can use a prayer cloth to cover my luscious knee caps like the always prim & proper Phaedra Parks does. LOL!
