I need yall to know something. Remember when I was told you I was growing out my relaxer? Yeah.

Ish just got real.

What I’m about to say may sound a little spoiled so forgive me, but Saturday night was the first time in a loooong time, that I did my hair myself.

And it was a process. There is about four months worth of new growth sitting on the top of my scalp and for some reason, I thought I could wash it, blow it out, and then pin curl it.

I used to be so good at doing my hair myself. But when I unpinned it Sunday morning for church, it was a holy hot grandma looking mess! Back to a bun, I suppose.

Siiiigh.

They are a Christmas present that I knew I was getting. And to me, there are my version of the Christian Louboutin ‘Puck‘ Pony boots. Um, did you see Ms. Lawrence on Watch What Happens Live (was it last week? or the week before last?) wearing them?

Well, maybe they look nothing like them, but still, I love them.
