Try A Trend: Would You Wear Wedge Sneakers?

I know that I know all the way better to than to present this to you like it’s some new trend, fresh off the runway.

Because it isn’t. Last September Marc Jacobs sent models down the Spring 2012 runway wearing–yup, you guessed it–wedge sneakers (the pair that Elle Fanning is wearing above to be specific).

And then Beyonce wore a pair of Isabel Marants in her Love on Top video that put this trend on front street.

All the while, I watched this happening like, that isn’t me. I barely wear sneakers. But slowly, this is growing on me. I think I want a pair. To wear with dresses. Because I’m weird like that.

Ash makes a relatively cheap pair compared to the Isabels and Giuseppes Beyonce and Ciara are rocking in the collage.

I’ve got my eye on a pair from ASOS. What say you about this trend? Yay or nay?
