Hello, hello, hello! My name is Eboni, and I write The Fashionista Next Door. I tried to stow away in Channing suitcase, but alas, I did not fit.

*sigh*

I guess I’ll have to find another way to get to Paris. So, while she’s gallivanting around France, I’m happy to be holding down the fort right here in “the city.”

Instead of doing a regular outfit post, I thought I’d share show you all how I remixed one of my favorite pairs of shorts three ways!

I bought these shorts at GAP last summer for about $35, and I’ve worn them so. many. times. They’ve definitely paid for themselves in number of wears by now! Here are just three ways, I’ve worn them…because my readers would protest if I took pictures every time I put these things on. Lol.

Here I am wearing them with a pair of a peplum corset top. I love the mix of the ultra feminine top and the slouchy
shorts.

If you like these shorts, you can pick them up at the GAP. They also have the same style of shorts in a few neon shades here and bold colors here.

They are all $39.95, and I promise you’ll wear them over and over again. In fact, just for kicks, I’ll show you one more look featuring a pair of coral boyfriend shorts.

 

For the next look, I went for the monochromatic look pairing my olive shorts with a celery colored sweater. Mixing different shades of the same color is always visually interesting!

For the third look, I played up the androgynous feel of the shorts with a basic white v-neck…and then BOOM!

Sassy orange heels, for the win! Again, I think the key to wear these slouchy shorts is pairing then with feminine pieces, and these heels scream “I Am Woman!”
