In Transition

In Transition

Last week, during our game of ‘Pretend‘ you may have noticed that I featured all work appropriate looks from Target. I have teamed up with Tarjay to showcase how versatile their Merona brand is.

But I mean, if you needed convincing of how cool Target is, we probably can’t be friends. I’m joking. I’m just serious.

So today, let’s talk about transitioning your look from day to night. Say you have a date right after work and don’t have time to run home and change. Or drinks with the girls, whatevs. I want to show you some of my of my favorite pieces from Tarjay to make the transition with.

Si?

I’m really into doubling up on the same print, so the striped blazer would be fun with the striped sweater. Are those glitter oxfords with the blue botto, not the cutest things, ever? Swipe on a nude lip and you’re good to go. Let’s see how we can make this appropro for a night out on the town.

To make this look worthy of a night on the town, I swapped the striped blazer for a faux leather–it’s cheap, too, click it— one (swoon), bright pumps, added a vampy lip and a few more coats of mascara–can you ever have enough?Transition from day to night? Successful. What do you think of the outfits? And, really, is Target not one of the best places ever?
See how the Target Fall Collection is designed to take you through a season of stylish looks at Target.com/Merona.
p.s. Compensation was provided by Target via Glam Media.  The opinions expressed are mine. I love me some Tar-jay 🙂
