Supastar!

Sometimes, when I get really nervous, I stick my hands under my armpits and then I smell this like this… Because, I’m a supastar!

I may or may not actually do this. But this has everything to do with the fact that I feel like a supastar (please say supastar like this).

I’m really, really, grateful for Glam Media and Macy’s Savvy Shopper campaign. It’s the biggest thing that my blog has done to date and I had to pinch myself constantly during the video shoot that this was real life. My life.

So, besides the obvi, there is one other reason that makes me feel like, you guessed it, a supastar: touches of leather. I absolutely love the edginess that the faux leather trim on the neckline and pockets  gives this Kensie tweed sheath dress. Ups the ante, yes?

And so does the Bar III jacket. It took the dress from Harriet the Spy, Sherlock Holmes style tweed, to, whoa, you look cool.

The shooties-isn’t that a fun word–didn’t hurt, either. They’re RACHEL Rachel Roy and I love them. They keep the look fun, more me. Plus, the bright piping against the flannel, really brightened up this rainy day. Literally. It started raining as I was taking the pictures.

I get a red star for wearing #AllMacysEverything.
