The finalists were chosen for Refinery29’s Next Style Blogger Contest and I was not one of the five chosen.

Though it would have been a wonderful opportunity, I am not sad. I’m quite proud actually.

I’m proud of myself for entering instead of talking myself out of it. This has helped me to see that I am actually very proud of my blog and how far I have come. So proud if fact that it is time to move from the back corner of this website and be front and center honey!

From now on Channing in The City’s homepage will be my blog. That might make the links go a little funky if you’ve saved or bookmarked me but work with me pretty please 🙂
