03 Feb I LOVE Amber Riley’s Pink Pout!
I know I am more than a day late and a dollar short with this one but I was just received the face chart for one of my favorite makeup looks at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last Sunday.
Glee’s Amber Riley’s hot pink pout gave me LIFE! I loved how chic she looked! Now that I have the face chart, I am going to try and recreate this look, or at least the lips. You know I am trying to work the nerve up to wear bold lips out in the daytime.
So here is how Makeup Artist Mylah Morales achieved Riley’s look.
After priming Amber’s skin with Black Up primer, Mylah created a coral glow on Amber’s skin with the COVERGIRL Queen Collection Compact Foundation. Mylah swept coral blush and COVERGIRL Queen Collection Natural Hue Minerals Bronzer. Mylah keep Amber’s eyes strong but natural withCOVERGIRL LiquiLineBlast in Black Fire, and created depth and definition on her lids with a neutral shadow palate. Mylah topped it all off with COVERGIRLLashBlast Volume Blasting mascara. To set this look off, Mylah usedCOVERGIRL Lip Perfection in Embrace, which of course Amber brought to the show for touch-ups.
I do believe that I am going to have to find that lipstick! Did you love Amber’s look as much as I did?
