16 Sep #NYFW Day Six: You Blue Me Away…
My friends, New York Fashion Week is officially over. The last day of shows seemed so much more, calmer than the previous days. Save for Marc Jacobs but he always puts on a good show.
Marc Jacobs always reinvents his classic pieces for the coming season, so if he is leaving for Dior (who really knows though), he left us with something great: 1920s flappers living in current day New York.
Issac Mizrahi, Naeem Khan, Stephen Burrows and Lwren Scott? They all sent extremely glamourous but in a subtle way unlike what we saw earlier in the week. The collections weren’t full of neons, leopard and crazy brights. It was actually refreshing.
It blue me away, hehe.
