So random– but related– story: During the Black Friday madness, I went to H&M with my mom at 4am. The only thing I had to have was a faux fur stole.

I got it (and a few other goodies). And between that and a faux fur hat from Forever21, I wanted to dress ‘Russian.’ I wasn’t sure where to start, so what
better place than on my nails, right?

Enter OPI’s Russian collection from way back in 2007.

I really wanted to paint my nails in a chocolate brown (Suzi Says Da) but I couldn’t get it open, so I had to settle for Midnight in Moscow, but I don’t think I ‘settled’ at all.

This color is beautiful.

A blackish brown creme with red shimmer in it. The thing about the shimmer though, is it doesn’t show unless in direct light, but when it does…

While I’m still trying to figure out what Russian style consists of, my nails lookpuuuuurty.
