Every since I saw Solange Knowles rocking tangerine lipstick on the cover of Time Out New York, I’ve wanted to try that look for myself. I have such a girl-crush on Solange but I mean how could you not after seeing this:

In my quest for tangerine lips, I’ve been quite liberally applying Chanel Rouge Coco Lip Shine in Liberte. But that is a little pale for my liking. I think I want to try Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Tutti Frutti next for a brighter punch.

Have you tried tangerine lipstick? Do you have any recommendations?
